Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Fettucini stick (boiled till evenly cooked ~ 20 minutes)
- 6 cloves of garlics
- 1/2 of big onion (chopped)
- 1 can of button mushrooms (slices)
- 500 gm fresh clams
- 1 carrot (slice)
- 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup ( I use Campbell)
- 1 tbs of pasley
- 1 tbs of basil leaves
- 1 tsp of paper flakes
- 2 tbs of fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbs mozarella cheese
- 300 ml water
- 1 tsp of salt
Cream pasta sauce
- Saute garlics and onion till onion crystalised
- Add clams, mushrooms,carrot and lemon juice. Mix well and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- Add cream of mushroom soup, water, basil, flakes,parsley,cheese and salt. Mix and let it boiled for another 5 minutes.
- Lift, pour onto fettucini and sprinkle with some chilli flakes
- Ready to serve!!
