Chocolate Cupcake With Ganache




Made them this afternoon for Mirza (using 3.25 solo cup size). Thought of decorating the cupcakes with buttercream or fondant design but it may take much of my little time left before dark. Furthermore, I am still not feeling that well today, The ganache that I made this time  is only consists of  non-dairy cream and cooking chocolate which I double-boiled them together untill all the chocolate melted and turned shiny. Left it at normal temperature overnight before use. No butter and icing sugar added. Its soft and taste very nice!! I chilled the cupcakes before serving. Kids luv it!!
