Daging Masak Kicap Berempah Lada Hitam

Daging Masak Kicap Berempah Lada Hitam
Bahan2:
    • Daging - 1/2 kg (dibersihkan dan dipotong sederahan tebal)
    • Bawang besar - 3 biji - dikisar (saya suka bawang besar banyak.)
    • Bawang putih - 5 biji - dikisar
    • Halia - 1 inci - dikisar
    • Lada hitam - 2 sudu besar - dikisar/ditumbuk kasar
    • Bawang kecil - 5 biji (dihiris)
    • Kulit kayu manis - 1 inci
    • Bunga lawang - 5 kuntum
    • Bunga cengkih - 3 kuntum
    • Serbuk ketumbar - 1 sudu kecil *
    • Serbuk jintan halus - 1 sudu kecil *
    • Serbuk jintan kasar - 1 sudu kecil *
    • Kicap manis - 1/2 cawan
    • Garam secukupnya
    • Lada merah - 1 biji - hiasan

  2. Selepas perapan, panaskan kuali dan tumis bawang kecil hingga keemasan sedikit.
  3. Masukkan kulit kayu manis, bunga lawang dan bunga cengkih. Kacau sebentar.

Maybe I dont get it 100% right, the image of the blue bird seems not appearing here, but the background looks good to me.  :) I received a short tutorial from Bloggerstop.net via my email subcription.

Handmade Floor Mat (carpet like) - weaving

The first weaving product that I've made during my free time. I learned how to weave in less than 10 minutes  from the shop in Atria , Damansara where I used to regularly buy crochet wools from. To start, there are only 4 basic items that we need and they are:
i) a special needle which embranches into two at one end (i'll snap a picture of it later)
ii) a hard plastic made square-hole mat that can be cut in accordance to the size of the design we wish to make (i'll try to get a picture of this too, but it looks more a less the same with the mat we use for 'line stitching'
iii) sufficient pre-cut wools about an inch length each (get advice from the shop)
iv) and any design of our choice.(normally is provided free from the shop, draw it on the mat and start weaving.)
Thats all!!. The wool is a little bit thicker than the one normally use for crochet, at which we can buy it in a 'roll' form. My suggestion is, to buy the pre-cut wool as it gives us a  more consistent and uniform length and  less hassle in cuttings.
Actually, this mat is not big, its abt 40 x 20 inches only but it took me abt a month to complete all the holes! I'll stop when my forefinger and thumb started to ache. And once completed, everyone in the house seemed could not wait to step on it..grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!. I will never ever allow anyone to step on it, even myself...hahaha. Sayang wo.
Anyway, I am very satisfied with the result, alhamdulillah and hope that I can make another oner, this time bigger!. In my next project, inshaallah i will show how to do it with a short video perhaps. It might take u a litlle while to get use to the pulling  the wools technique, in and out the holes. Hope u can continue stick with me here, thanks.
I have many dreams to accomplish.......

Google Translator

I've just added a 'Google Translator pull down menu bar' at top left page of this blog yesterday. Much simpler as what I thought before.!! Thanks Allah, for making my wish happens.
While I was still working with TM, I was kinda jealous with people around me  who have had their own homepages, sharing their activities and photos with us, What I can do at that time was just giving comments and waited for their next updates. I couldnt be bothered how they did that as all my time at time was fully occupied with office works  all day long. And even at night, my mind was still mingled about office...huh!!
My daughter had her first 'Homepage' which she developed by herself at her age of 11. Amazingly, at that age she can do it by herself and I began to ask myself then, why not me! At that time, there were no free templates for website/blogger available on the net, far to say about facebook, twitter, friendster and others! She learned them all from the internet.
Well, I am not in a rush. I learn abt blogging only during my free time and each time I wish to make a change, I will definitely look for the steps from internet, just like how my daughter did.  I am also getting regular updates from Webpronews and Bloggerstop.net thorugh my emails. Learning is a process that has no end. Like the old Chinese proverb;
.'A journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step'.~ Lao Tsu
Or in Malay - 'Perjalanan 1000 batu adalah bermula dari satu tapak'..  Hehehe...camtulah bunyinya kot.

Body Spa

Hmm.. .kira2 dah hampir sebulan tak upate ruangan 'Ceritaku' ini , the last one when I checked in was on 9/3. Thot of making this slot as my daily journal online, but its not as easy as it seems.
Hmm...betulke? Harganya pula very very reasonable...for 4-in-1 body treatment selama hampir 4 JAM harganya cuma dalam RM190, manakala untuk facial Amalina (sejam) berharga RM50. Kalau di salon lain, had masa kurang tapi harga mahu lebih....not to mention where.
My next stories will be about 'Cikgu Cikgi' and 'MLM'..inshaAllah.
