Today's Breakfast: Fettucini with clam and cream sauce

My kids' favourite fettucini dish, simple and quick!!
Ingredients:
  •  1 pack of Fettucini stick (boiled till evenly cooked ~ 20 minutes)
  • 6 cloves of garlics
  • 1/2 of big onion (chopped)
  • 1 can of button mushrooms (slices)
  • 500 gm fresh clams
  • 1 carrot (slice)
  • 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup ( I use Campbell)
  • 1 tbs of pasley
  • 1 tbs of basil leaves
  • 1 tsp of paper flakes
  • 2 tbs of fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbs mozarella cheese
  • 300 ml water
  • 1 tsp of salt
Method:

Cream pasta sauce
  1. Saute garlics and onion till onion crystalised
  2. Add clams, mushrooms,carrot and lemon juice. Mix well and let it simmer for  5-10 minutes.
  3. Add cream of mushroom soup, water, basil, flakes,parsley,cheese and salt. Mix and let it boiled for another 5 minutes.
  4. Lift, pour onto fettucini and sprinkle with some chilli flakes
  5. Ready to serve!!
